- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages according to quality standards.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso, and milk-based beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment properly.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and service areas.

Requirements:
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new coffee techniques and beverage recipes.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of different coffee beans and flavor profiles.
- Experience with espresso machines and latte art.
- Ability to explain coffee options clearly to customers.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
