We are seeking a Communication Manager to join our Ahmedabad office. This role requires leading the Communications and Graphics Group, which shapes how HCP's work is presented and perceived - internally and externally. Strong writing ability, creative sensibility, and the managerial clarity to run a fast-moving, output-driven team are essential to the role. A genuine interest in and understanding of architecture, urban design and planning are equally important to maintain the integrity of the practice's voice across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and anchor media packages for projects across the practice.
- Manage resource deployment within the group, analysing work intensity and assigning priorities accordingly.
- Establish and refine SOPs to streamline group functioning in alignment with the broader practice.
- Conduct periodic reviews of ongoing work and develop strategies to improve turnaround time and output quality.
- Enforce timely completion of tasks and proactively identify and navigate risks.
- Strengthen the visibility of the group - both within the organisation and through external channels.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with other groups across the practice.
- Develop onboarding and training modules for new hires in coordination with HR.
- Manage key press relationships and media outreach.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Urban Design (required)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 5+ years in architecture or related field
