Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing lubricants oil manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate will play an important role in developing our market presence, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors and customers.
- Identify current business opportunities and potential markets.
- Work towards achieving sales growth and expanding the company's market presence.
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies.
- Understand customer and market requirements and share valuable insights with the management.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Gradually build and guide a sales team as the company expands.
- Regularly review sales performance and contribute ideas for business growth.
- Develop new dealer and distributor networks in potential territories.




- Visit key markets and customers to understand opportunities and strengthen relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries and work towards converting opportunities into regular business.
- Support dealers and customers with product information, schemes and suitable product recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends and share useful insights with management.
- Work closely with the accounts and operations teams to support timely collections and smooth order fulfilment.
- Track sales performance, customer growth and outstanding business opportunities.
- Participate in planning sales targets, promotional activities and market expansion initiatives.
- Help establish simple sales processes and reporting systems as the sales function grows.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain strong long-term relationships with channel partners.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, FMCG or related industries.
