Ownership: Owns the product vision, strategy, and execution. Responsible for delivering features that solve real user problems while driving the company's business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1–2 Years (in roles such as Product Analyst, Product Manager, or related fields)
- Education: Degree related to product development
- Work Location: Mostly In-Office; requires readiness to conduct social research (virtually or physically) to enrich product scope.
- Required Languages: Tamil, English

Key Responsibilities

● Strategy & Roadmap: Evaluate feature requests from ARMs, Relationship Managers, and Sales against the product vision, market feasibility, and overarching business goals to prioritize the product roadmap.

● Documentation & Definition: Write transparent, detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), including user stories,



feature flows, UI/UX flows, and acceptance criteria.

● Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the bridge between Engineering, Design, and business teams to ensure features are built accurately and efficiently via agile methodologies.

● Launch & Acceptance: Authorize final build deliverables, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate with Product Marketing and ARMs for successful

Go-To-Market (GTM) launches.

● Data-Driven Iteration: Track post-launch product metrics (e.g., adoption rates, user engagement) to validate success and inform future iterations.

Pay: ₹10,474.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
