We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and customers for dispatches.

* Prepare and verify dispatch documents and invoices.

* Track shipments and provide delivery updates.

* Ensure correct quantity and material is dispatched.

* Maintain dispatch records and update Excel/system entries.

* Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for dispatch requirements.

* Handle customer and transporter follow-ups.

* Resolve basic dispatch and delivery-related issues.

**Requirements:**

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of Excel and Tally.

* Good follow-up and organizational skills.

* Attention to detail.

* Previous experience in dispatch/logistics coordination preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
