Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for web-based applications hosted on Windows Server & IIS
- Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, including performance and functional issues
- Analyze IIS logs, Windows Event Viewer logs, and application logs for root cause analysis
- Support and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (good knowledge of SQL queries and troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution)
- Manage IIS configurations (application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates)
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for bug fixes and deployments

Technical Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and roles (basic to intermediate level)
- Positive knowledge of IIS Web Server (hosting, troubleshooting,



configuration)
- Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server queries
- Experience in supporting Dot NET-based web applications (preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in .NET-based web applications development
- Understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, DNS)
- Familiarity with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
