Sales Executive – International IT Sales

Elephant in the Boardroom is a digital marketing and technology company working with clients across international markets. We deliver solutions across IT, digital marketing, web development, SEO, paid advertising and analytics.

We are looking for a high-energy, confident and driven Sales Executive to join our International IT Sales team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for cold calling international prospects, qualifying leads, following up and scheduling meetings/demos for our IT and digital services.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the USA, UK, Australia & New Zealand.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients for our IT services.
- Communicate confidently with international prospects and handle initial objections.
- Follow up consistently and schedule qualified meetings/demos.
- Maintain lead information and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the team to develop sales opportunities.

What We're Looking For




- 1 year of experience in sales, business development or outbound sales.
- Hands-on experience with international cold calling.
- Experience calling prospects in USA, UK, Australia and/or New Zealand.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- High-energy, confident, assertive and target-driven.
- Strong resilience and comfortable handling rejection.
- Adaptable, quick to learn and highly coachable.
- Robust willingness to grow in International IT Sales.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Willing to work onsite in Chennai.

Pay: ₹10,018.23 - ₹33,542.57 per month
