About the Role

We are looking for a Business Manager to drive business growth, manage key operations and work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives. The role involves managing revenue, customer acquisition, partnerships and day-to-day business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and business development across key channels.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Manage the end-to-end sales and customer acquisition funnel.

Track business KPIs including leads, conversions, revenue and customer retention.

Identify growth opportunities and optimize business processes.

Develop and execute GTM strategies for new markets, services and initiatives.

Manage relationships with parents, tutors and strategic partners.





Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product teams for smooth execution.

Prepare business reports and provide data-driven insights to the founders.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.

Build and manage teams/interns as the business scales.

Use AI and automation tools to improve business processes and productivity.

Who Can Apply?

1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Growth, Operations, Consulting or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Understanding of sales funnels, revenue and business metrics.

Robust ownership and execution mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

MBA/PGDM or relevant business background is a plus.
