We're Hiring | Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Technology Staffing)

MSH is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant with a solid background in Technology Staffing and Recruitment Consulting.

This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role. We are looking for someone who understands the staffing business, can partner with clients, and drive hiring across Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent staffing engagements.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing end-to-end technology hiring across multiple clients/projects

Recruiting for C2H, and Permanent positions

Understanding and working with bill rates, pay rates, margins, and client requirements

Building talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping

Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to drive recruitment strategy

Managing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously across technologies and experience levels

Driving candidate engagement and offer closures

What We're Looking For:





? 5+ years of experience in Technology Staffing / IT Recruitment

? Strong understanding of C2H, Staff Augmentation, and Permanent Staffing models

? Experience working on technical roles such as Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Product, QA, Java, .NET, AI/ML and Architecture positions

? Knowledge of staffing metrics, hiring funnels, and recruitment operations

? Exposure to bill rates, pay rates, margins, and client-facing recruitment processes

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

? Experience working with ATS platforms and job portals
