Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our innovative advertising agency. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, possessing exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of branding and communication strategies. This role focuses on cultivating and maintaining client relationships through proactive assistance, query resolution, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning agency services accordingly.
- Leverage a proactive approach to assist clients, resolve queries, and address concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Expertise in identifying and capitalizing on conversion opportunities through strategic relationship-building and personalized client engagement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the advertising industry.
- Strong proficiency in relationship building,



with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a transparent and compelling manner.
- In-depth knowledge of branding and communication strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Demonstrated success in maintaining and growing client accounts.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure recent business opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
