Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage digital marketing strategy across all channels.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, and marketplaces.
- Plan and optimize campaigns to improve sales, ROAS, ROI, and customer acquisition.
- Manage monthly marketing budgets and ensure effective spending.
- Run A/B tests for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track significant KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Turn data into clear actions for business growth.
- Coordinate with design, content, e-commerce, sales, and product teams.





Requirements:
- 4–5 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good knowledge of SEO, social media, analytics, and remarketing.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and improving ROI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
