Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele caller to join our Loan Department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the assigned lead database.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application process.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into loan applications.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until application completion.
- Coordinate with the sales and field teams for lead conversion and loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM or tracking systems.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements while communicating with customers.

Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of experience in telecalling, telesales, loan sales, banking, NBFC, or financial services.
- Experience in loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, or MSME Loans will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
