- Manage and lead a team of Sales / Insurance Process Executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business targets.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs such as conversion, revenue, productivity, quality, and adherence.
- Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, coaching, and feedback sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans to improve team productivity.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer and process-related issues.
- Monitor calls and provide coaching on sales techniques, customer handling, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and insurance regulations.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
- Coordinate with Quality, Training, Operations, and other support teams.

Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Typically 3–7+ years in BPO/Contact Center operations, with relevant Team Leader experience.
- Domain: Sales / Insurance / BFSI preferred.

Pay: ₹11,369.17 - ₹41,764.66 per month
