Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support execution of Advisory marketing campaigns, ensuring projects, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed within ClickUp.
- Maintain campaign plans, documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboards to provide visibility into progress, risks, and next steps.
- Coordinate with advisory marketers, digital teams, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Gather, organize, and manage campaign assets including content, graphics, case studies, social media copy, and other supporting materials.
- Support creation and deployment of marketing assets across multiple channels including websites, email campaigns, social media, internal communications, and sales enablement materials.
- Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking by consolidating metrics and identifying basic trends and insights.
- Review campaign requests and deliverables for completeness, quality, and adherence to established processes.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the continuous enhancement of campaign operations and workflows.

Suggested Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns, marketing operations, project coordination, or related functions.
- Robust project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp/Wrike/Asana or similar platforms.
- Understanding of email, social media, digital marketing, and content marketing best practices.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
