Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Verify payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, deductions, and other salary components.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable labour laws.
- Prepare and process challans and statutory payments related to PF, ESI, and other applicable compliances.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and statutory documentation.
- Prepare payroll-related MIS, reconciliation statements, and other reports as required.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements, attendance, leave, and statutory benefits.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and other departments for timely payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Manage employee lifecycle and HR operational activities, including joining,



onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separation support.
- Work on HRMS, payroll, and ERP software for employee data management, attendance, leave, payroll processing, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with software such as HROne, Farvision, SAP, or similar HRMS/ERP platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and software vendors for system-related issues, data accuracy, and process improvements.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll-related compliance, labour laws, and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Robust understanding of Payroll Processing, PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in challan preparation and statutory payment processing.
- Experience in using HRMS, Payroll, and ERP software, such as HROne, Farvision, SAP, or similar systems.
