We are looking for a Factory Manager/Plant Manager with minimum 5+ years of experience in production schedule, quality control, safety protocols, managing the workforce and control budget.

Position Summary

Role & responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day plant operations to achieve production targets.
- Drive productivity, OEE, capacity utilisation and cost optimisation.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, ISO, FDA and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate Production, Maintenance, Planning, QA/QC, Stores and Purchase.
- Monitor production planning and on-time order fulfilment.
- Reduce downtime through preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Control manufacturing costs, wastage and inventory.
- Lead manpower planning, training and performance management.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.




- Handle customer, regulatory and certification audits.
- Ensure timely CAPA implementation and operational discipline.
- Prepare MIS reports and plant performance reviews for management.
- Liaison with Local authorities, govt departments wherever necessary
- Ensure overall safety in the plant in terms of equipment condition, safety training, practices etc.
