6 Days a Week (Tuesday – Sunday)

Timings:
10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

CTC:
Up to ₹12 LPA + Performance Incentives

We are looking for an
experienced and energetic Associate Business Head (ABH)
who will take complete ownership of center growth, lead admissions strategy for IIT-JEE & NEET divisions, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.

? Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Admissions & Business Growth
- Own and deliver
center-level admission & revenue targets
for JEE & NEET courses.
- Conduct and oversee
IIT-JEE / NEET counseling sessions
for students and parents to guide them toward the right academic path.
- Align sales, marketing,



and academics to achieve revenue goals.

2️⃣ Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of
Sales Executives, Marketing Executives, and Counselors
.
- Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance.
- Track weekly/monthly KPIs and ensure target achievement.

3️⃣ BTL Marketing & Lead Generation
- Design and execute
BTL marketing campaigns
– school/college tie-ups, community activities, roadshows, scholarship tests, kiosks, and seminars.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen
PW’s brand presence
in Hyderabad, Warangal, and Karimnagar.
- Analyze ROI of campaigns and optimize for better results.

4️⃣ Operations & Student Experience
- Oversee daily operations at multiple centers ensuring smooth coordination between
sales, presales, academics, and post-sales teams
.
- Monitor
student satisfaction & parent feedback
and take corrective actions where needed.
