Role & responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments.
- Lead and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR teams.
- Set operational targets and ensure the hotel achieves its revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, departmental revenues, and operating costs.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle VIP guests, complaints, and major operational issues.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate department heads and employees.
- Coordinate with owners, corporate management, vendors, and business partners.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Review financial and operational reports and take corrective action when required.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, security, and overall presentation of the property.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with department heads.
