Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of clinical trial Protocol development, interpretation, and adherence.
- Candidates should possess practical experience as Clinical Research Associates, including site monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Clinical Trials conduct, GCP, and regulatory and ethical guidelines.




- Candidates should possess solid Research skills, including data review, documentation, and analytical thinking.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Clinical Operations processes such as start-up, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and capability to manage multiple sites and timelines.
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and common office software; prior experience in global or multi-regional trials is an advantage.
