Job Summary

Lead Magnets is looking for confident and motivated Telecallers / Pre-Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining real estate projects, generating interest, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location, and preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and key USPs.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Update customer details, call remarks, and follow-up status in CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, talk-time, and site-visit targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer handling.




- Maintain a professional and positive approach during every call.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi/Gujarati communication; English is an added advantage.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to handle objections and follow-ups.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good time management and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
