About the Internship

MARS Exploration Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who are interested in gaining practical experience in Human Resource Management, recruitment, and employee coordination. This internship is designed to provide hands-on industry exposure in a qualified work environment.

Training Period
- Duration:
10 months
- Stipend During Training:
No stipend will be provided during the training period.
- Upon successful completion of the 3-month training period, selected candidates may be offered a paid HR Internship/Associate role based on their performance.

Stipend After Training
- ₹1,000 – ₹5,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and candidate screening.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.




- Handle and maintain student/candidate databases.
- Send professional emails and follow up with candidates.
- Provide customer and student support.
- Maintain HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for interns.
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of email writing and professional communication.
- Ability to manage student/candidate data accurately.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Eligibility
- Students or fresh graduates from any discipline.
- Candidates pursuing or who have completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, BA, B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
