Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Engineer to join our Kochi back-office team and play a key role in driving sales growth across GCC markets and international markets worldwide supporting our office located in Dubai, UAE . The role involves managing customer enquiries from initial interaction through quotation, follow-up, negotiation, and order conversion.

This position is ideal for a technically inclined sales professional who enjoys interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, preparing suitable solutions and quotations, and converting business opportunities into successful orders. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Technical, and Operations teams to deliver a responsive and qualified customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales enquiry lifecycle, from initial customer enquiry through quotation, follow-up, negotiation, and order confirmation.




- Drive revenue growth and enquiry-to-order conversion by actively managing sales opportunities and following up with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally through phone, email, and online communication channels.
- Support customers across GCC markets, understand their requirements, and provide timely responses.
- Understand customer requirements and identify appropriate products, services, or technical solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, commercial offers, and proposals in coordination with Sales and Technical teams.
- Follow up consistently on quotations, approvals, purchase orders, and pending opportunities to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain and develop the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities and follow-up activities are updated in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications, product availability, pricing, documentation, delivery requirements, and order processing.
