Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end
direct tax compliance
, including income tax returns, advance tax, TDS/TCS, tax provisioning, and reconciliations of Form 26AS, AIS, TRACES, and tax ledgers.
- Oversee
tax accounting under Ind AS
, including current and deferred tax computations, quarterly and annual provisions, and coordination with statutory and internal auditors.
- Handle
tax assessments, audits, investigations, litigation, appeals, and contingent liability reporting
, in coordination with tax consultants, legal counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage
GST compliance and governance
, including return filings, ITC reconciliation and optimisation, GST health checks, transaction reviews, assessments, and representation before authorities.
- Oversee
Customs, SEZ, import-export, and foreign trade compliances
, including duty optimisation, RoDTEP, drawback, EPCG,
