Corruga is a design-led, purpose-driven brand creating thoughtful, hands-on experiences and products that encourage children and families to slow down, make, explore and spend meaningful time together.

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who can work closely with the founder across the many moving parts of building and growing Corruga.

This is not a traditional administrative role. It’s a high-ownership, hands-on position for someone who is organised, proactive, resourceful and excited by the energy of an early-stage brand.

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will work directly with the founder and become an integral part of the day-to-day functioning of Corruga.

You’ll help manage priorities, keep projects moving, coordinate with people across different areas of the business and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Support & Organisation
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings,



appointments and day-to-day schedule.
- Help prioritise tasks, follow-ups and deadlines.
- Prepare for meetings and ensure action points are documented and followed through.
- Handle correspondence, communication and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO when required.
- Keep track of important conversations, commitments and pending tasks.

Project & Business Coordination
- Work closely with the CEO on ongoing projects across Corruga.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, freelancers, collaborators, schools, event partners and other stakeholders.
- Follow up with different teams and ensure timelines are being met.
- Create and maintain project trackers, timelines and checklists.
- Help turn ideas into actionable plans and ensure execution happens smoothly.
- Assist with research, presentations, proposals and business documents.
