We are looking for a young and dynamic HR skilled with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of HR operations and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Recruitment
- End-to-end recruitment process handling
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Employee Retention
- Engagement initiatives to boost morale and reduce attrition
- Employee feedback mechanisms and stay interviews
- HRMS and SFE Software Knowledge
- Experience in working with HRMS platforms
- Familiarity with Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) tools is an added advantage
- MIS & Record Maintenance
- Regular HR data reporting and dashboard updates




- Employee file and documentation management
- Statutory Compliance
- PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other labor law-related processes
- Coordination with external consultants and authorities when needed

Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and HR software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
