Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and empathetic Customer Service Representative to assist patients with inquiries, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and general support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat support.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Address customer queries regarding consultations, services, payments, and platform usage.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Follow up with patients for appointments, feedback, and service-related communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with doctors, psychologists, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with company policies and healthcare standards.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, telecalling, or healthcare support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
