Role Description
As a Human Resources Intern at Coding Ninjas, you will support the HR team with day-to-day people operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, helping with onboarding processes, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will also assist in organizing employee engagement activities, coordinating benefits-related communication, and preparing basic HR reports and documentation.



This is an internship role, and it is an on-site position based in Delhi, India, offering practical exposure to HR functions within a leading tech education company.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn HR software.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
