We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Business Development Executive to expand the reach of our kids gaming platform by partnering with businesses that serve children and families.

You will identify potential partners, conduct product demonstrations, build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate commercial terms, and help install our kids gaming platform at partner locations. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for growing a business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities: Business Development
- Identify and approach potential business partners.
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and local research.
- Build relationships with business owners, and venue managers.
- Present the value proposition of the gaming platform and demonstrate the product.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close new partnerships.

Target Businesses

Develop partnerships with businesses including:
- Preschools and play schools
- Daycare centres
- Indoor play areas
- Family entertainment centres




- Shopping malls
- Kids' activity centres
- Restaurants with children's play areas
- Hotels and resorts
- Pediatric clinics and hospitals

Product Demonstrations
- Conduct engaging live demonstrations of the kids gaming platform.
- Explain product features, pricing, subscription plans, and business advantages.
- Train partner staff on basic operation and customer usage.
- Assist with installation and onboarding where required.

Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to confidently demonstrate products to customers.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and field sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
