Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Lead with 4-6 years of experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, Angular, MS SQL Server, and Oracle, with the ability to guide the development team and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications.
- Lead a small team of developers and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with QA, Project Managers, and implementation teams.
- Support UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
- Prepare technical documentation and effort estimates.

Technical Skills
- Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET Framework,



and .NET 6/8.
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v15 or above), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and Oracle Database, including stored procedures, functions, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with REST APIs, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
- Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with Git/GitLab, version control, and code review.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, IIS, and Windows Server deployment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking, Financial Inclusion, or Digital Payment projects.
- Exposure to application modernization and migration to .NET 8.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
