Operations Manager – Own the Operating System of Paradiso Solutions

Role Overview

Paradiso Solutions is looking for an organised, process-driven Operations Manager who can own the operating rhythm of the company across multiple departments.

This person will become the execution backbone of the organisation. While the Founder & CEO will continue to drive business judgment, strategy, and decision-making, the Operations Manager will ensure that operational systems, processes, meetings, standards, and commitments are implemented consistently.

The role requires someone who can coordinate different teams, maintain discipline, follow up relentlessly, and ensure that company processes continue to run whether or not the Founder is present.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys creating consistency, improving execution, and building a systematic way of working.





Key Responsibilities

Own Cross-Department Operations
- Coordinate operations across all departments and ensure alignment with company priorities.
- Work closely with direct reports of the Founder/CEO to ensure execution consistency.
- Ensure significant processes and systems are followed across teams.

Drive Operating Rhythm
- Organise and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operating meetings.
- Manage Scrum meetings, review meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up routines.
- Ensure every meeting has clear ownership, actions, and deadlines.
- Maintain consistency even when priorities change or leadership is unavailable.

Implement Company Systems & Processes
- Implement systems, rules, workflows, and tools designed by the Founder.
- Ensure teams understand and follow agreed standards.
- Identify when processes are slipping and take corrective action.
