General Manager – Banking and Financial Accounting

About the Role

Evergreen Renewables is seeking an experienced
General Manager – Banking and Financial Accounting
to lead financial planning, analysis, treasury coordination, banking relationships and financial controls across the company’s portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in banking relations, financial planning & analysis, financial controls, bank guarantees (BGs), working capital management and project finance
within the infrastructure, power or related sectors.

This role will work closely with the
management, lenders, banks, investors, project teams and external stakeholders
to ensure robust financial planning, liquidity management, financing readiness and effective financial controls across projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning process.
- Analyse project profitability, cash flows, and other key financial metrics.
- Prepare monthly MIS,



management dashboards and financial performance reports.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and business plans.
- Support management in evaluating current projects, investments, acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
- Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses for project and corporate decision-making.
- Track project financial performance from development through construction and operations.

2. Banking & Financial Institution Relations
- Own and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions and lenders.
- Coordinate with banks for working capital facilities, term loans, project finance and other credit facilities.
- Lead discussions with banks on facility structures, pricing, security requirements, covenants and documentation.
- Manage bank limits and ensure optimal utilisation of sanctioned facilities.
- Coordinate credit appraisals, renewals, enhancements and sanction processes.
