Job Title: Azure Production Support

Experience: 4+ years

Job Locations: Hyderabad/Bangalore

Work Mode: Work form office (5 Days)
- 4+ years of experience in
Application Production Support / Production Support
.
- Hands-on experience with
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
.
- Hands-on experience with
Kafka / Confluent Kafka
.
- Strong
Linux/Unix
troubleshooting skills.
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents independently.
- Experience with
Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus or PagerDuty
.
- Good knowledge of
SQL/PostgreSQL
.
- Experience with incident management, RCA and ticketing systems.
- Basic scripting knowledge in
Python or Shell
.
- Willingness to work in
rotational 24x7 shifts
.

Note:
Candidates without
AKS, Kafka, or Linux
experience are also encouraged to apply, provided they have solid Application Production Support and troubleshooting experience.
