Role Purpose
Own the overall delivery and governance of the Non-SAP Application Management Program, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, transformation, commercial discipline and achievement of agreed SLAs/KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery across all application towers.
- Act as primary customer management and escalation point.
- Govern SLA, KPI, service quality and operational performance.
- Coordinate Run, Enhance and Transform activities.
- Manage resource planning, utilization and capacity.
- Lead monthly/quarterly governance reviews.
- Drive application rationalization, automation and productivity initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies,



escalations and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with OEMs, third parties and Adani stakeholders.
- Ensure continuous improvement and knowledge transition.
