We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to lead brand onboarding strategy and execution across e-commerce marketplaces. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, account management, and platform operations — you'll design onboarding strategies for new brands, execute the end-to-end listing and go-live process, and ensure every brand launch is smooth, timely, and set up for growth.

The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of how e-commerce portals actually work — from seller/vendor registration to catalog setup, compliance, and performance optimization — and can turn that knowledge into repeatable, scalable onboarding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and own the brand onboarding strategy for new partners joining e-commerce portals

· Execute end-to-end onboarding: seller/account registration, documentation, catalog and listing setup, pricing, and go-live coordination

· Liaise with brand partners to understand their goals and translate them into a marketplace launch plan

· Coordinate with internal teams (catalog, category management,



operations, and marketplace account managers) to ensure timely execution

· Monitor and troubleshoot onboarding issues — listing errors, compliance flags, account approvals — and resolve them quickly

· Stay current on marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and best practices across multiple e-commerce platforms

· Build SOPs and playbooks to make the onboarding process faster and more consistent across brands

· Track and report onboarding timelines, brand performance post-launch, and identify areas for optimization

· Support post-onboarding growth initiatives such as promotions, advertising setup, and catalog optimization

· Robust working knowledge of e-commerce portal functioning — seller central/vendor panels, catalog management, listing guidelines, and compliance requirements
