Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, material follow-up, and timely availability of materials for engineering, production, automation, service, IT, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Process indents for electrical consumables, electrical panels, instruments, job work, and subcontracting.
- Handle purchase requirements for housekeeping, stationery, and IT.
- Generate and coordinate new vendors and maintain vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare Purchase Orders.
- Prepare POs for imported items and coordinate required documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for delivery, shortages, rejections, invoices, taxes, and pending documents.
- Review pending indents and Purchase Orders on a daily basis.




- Track overdue materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Accounts for advance payments, payment advice, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Stores for material movement through Gate Pass/Excise Challan and related documentation.
- Maintain purchase records and provide procurement status updates to management.

Required Skills
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of purchase/procurement processes.
- Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Manufacturing/engineering industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
