Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee grievances and concerns in a fair, timely, and effective manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to employment law compliance, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in an HR role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Robust understanding of employment laws and regulations governing industrial relations.
- Excellent grievance handling skills with ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proven track record of improving employee engagement through innovative initiatives.
