Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will plan, create, and publish social media content across key platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing content calendars, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align messaging, monitoring social media channels, and responding to audience interactions. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics,



optimizing campaigns based on data, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives that promote Echo Money’s products and services. The specialist is expected to maintain a consistent brand voice, stay current with social media trends, and contribute ideas to enhance Echo Money’s online presence.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan and execute effective online campaigns.
- Ability in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop, schedule, and optimize platform-specific content.
- Excellent Communication skills to craft explicit messaging and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and A/B testing to interpret data and improve performance.
- Understanding of fintech, payments, or financial services is a plus.
