HR Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in building a career in Human Resources and wants to gain practical experience in an IT organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.




- Assist in preparing HR-related reports, trackers, and documents.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and routine requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
- Assist with preparing HR announcements, emails, and other employee communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Perform other HR and administrative activities as assigned by the HR team.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain trackers and handle HR documentation accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
