Role Overview

California Software Company Limited is hiring a Senior International Outbound Sales Executive for Flowzo CRM, our CRM and sales automation product.

We are specifically looking for candidates with previous experience selling SaaS products or business software, preferably CRM, sales automation, ERP, cloud telephony, WhatsApp Business solutions, customer engagement platforms or related B2B applications.

The role is focused on international outbound business development, cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, discovery and qualified meeting generation.

This position is best suited for candidates who have already generated business opportunities in international markets and can independently engage founders, CEOs, sales heads and other senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B sales opportunities through international outbound prospecting.
- Identify target companies and relevant decision-makers in assigned territories.
- Conduct international cold calls and qualified sales conversations.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator,



email outreach and other prospecting channels to reach potential customers.
- Build and maintain a high-quality database of target accounts.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer requirements.
- Qualify prospects based on business need, company size, sales team size, existing software, budget, decision-making authority and purchase timeline.
- Identify business problems related to:
- Lead management
- Sales follow-ups
- CRM usage
- WhatsApp communication
- Calling and call tracking
- Sales team productivity
- Pipeline visibility
- Sales automation
- Field sales
- Marketing attribution
- Position Flowzo CRM based on the prospect's business requirements.
- Book qualified product demonstrations with relevant decision-makers.
