Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, SnapLogic, dbt, SQL, and data modelling to build scalable, production-grade data platforms. The role also requires practical use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and data quality.

AI-First Mindset:
Candidates should regularly use AI coding assistants in their daily workflow and demonstrate the ability to prompt effectively, validate AI-generated code, troubleshoot pipelines, and apply AI to engineering automation.

Ideal Profile:
8+ years in Data Engineering with 4+ years of Snowflake and modern ELT/dbt experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-grade data pipelines at scale.

Key Responsibilities:




- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Snowflake.
- Build integrations using SnapLogic across APIs, source systems, and downstream platforms.
- Develop tested and documented dbt models and transformations with CI/CD.
- Design dimensional and Bronze/Silver/Gold data architectures.
- Optimize Snowflake performance, security, and cloud costs.
- Implement data quality, governance, testing, and documentation standards.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Copilot for coding, debugging, documentation, and data-quality analysis.
- Review AI-generated outputs and ensure production-quality code.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Must-Have Skills:
- Snowflake Data modelling, performance tuning, security & cost optimization.
- SnapLogic Integration pipeline development.
