Role Description

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of targeted experience in lead generation for online degree and higher education programs. In this full-time remote role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns specifically designed to drive qualified student enrollments and revenue growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and manage paid search, social, and display campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn,



YouTube) specifically tailored for online degree recruitment.

Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Build and refine high-converting lead funnels, tracking prospects from initial inquiry to enrollment.

Budget & Data Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets efficiently to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while maximizing ROAS.

A/B Testing: Continuously test ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and audience targeting parameters based on data-driven insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with admissions, creative, and marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with institutional goals and student expectations.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance dashboards, analyze attribution metrics, and stay updated on higher education advertising trends and platform algorithms.
