About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Executive to lead content initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage parents and students, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content marketing strategies across social media, blogs, website and other digital channels.

Create high-quality content including blogs, social media posts, captions, emailers and campaign copies.

Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.

Develop educational and parent-focused content to increase engagement and brand trust.

Conduct keyword, competitor and audience research to identify content opportunities.

Support SEO and organic growth initiatives.

Collaborate with design,



social media and marketing teams to execute campaigns.

Track content performance using reach, engagement, traffic and lead-generation metrics.

Repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats.

Develop content for GTM, product launches and promotional campaigns.

Use AI tools for content research, ideation, creation and optimization.

Continuously test new content formats and strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Copywriting or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Robust understanding of social media and content marketing.

Good research and storytelling abilities.

Basic understanding of SEO and content analytics.

Experience with Canva and AI content tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
