Qualification: Any Graduate and Above
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 80 members
- B2C sales experience is preferred
- Proficient with all Operation metrics
- Analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations for sales improvement
- Manage dialer systems effectively to optimize outbound call campaigns
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Willing to work from Office at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
