About the Role

Join our founding team to lead sales, marketing, and growth strategies for our sustainability education platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a purpose-driven brand while creating meaningful environmental and educational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Build relationships with educational institutions and sustainability organizations
- Create and optimize customer acquisition channels




- Establish the brand voice and marketing positioning
- Design and implement content marketing and social media strategies
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Build and lead the sales and marketing team as we scale
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record in EdTech, SaaS, or sustainability sectors
- Experience building partnerships with educational institutions
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven approach to marketing and growth
- Passion for sustainability and education
- Startup experience highly valued
