Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using
Java Spring Boot and Node.js
.
- Design and develop scalable
microservices and REST APIs
.
- Work with
Kafka/AWS MSK
for event-driven and asynchronous systems.
- Design and optimize
PostgreSQL and SQL Server
databases.
- Manage APIs using
Apigee
and ensure proper security.
- Work with
Docker, OpenShift,
Jenkins and Git
for deployment and CI/CD.
- Monitor applications using
New Relic and ELK
.
- Support and enhance existing
Email and SMS middleware platforms
.
- Work with cloud technologies, preferably
AWS
.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business teams, vendors and application teams.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools such as
Claude Code Assist or GitHub Copilot
while following appropriate security and governance practices.
Preferred
- Experience with
Twilio, Syniverse, SparkPost
or similar communication platforms.
- Robust communication and teamwork skills.
