Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ATS records.




- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, campus recruitment, and job fairs as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skill
