- Role Description:

1. Candidate should have R&D; experience in chemical development and process optimization.
2. Perform different chemical reactions for the small and medium scale synthesis of compounds following valuable laboratory practices.
3. Knowledge in isolation of compounds
4. Undertake experimental work with safety as utmost priority
5. Record all process information regularly and clearly
6. Testing and evaluation of raw materials
7. Calibration of equipment
8. Prepare samples for dispatch
9. Regular project reviews with Group Leaders
10. Provide support for Production and QC departments
11. Support and train new staff in all procedures including all of the above

Qualification:

MS/M.Sc(Science) - Organic Chemistry, B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry,

Experience:

2 to 3 years of CRO or Process development experience in Agro/Pharma industry
