Job Tittle - Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads received through Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
- Contact leads within the defined response time and understand their requirements.
- Explain software products, features, benefits, pricing models, and implementation process.
- Qualify leads based on requirements, organization size, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
- Generate interest and schedule product demos with the Sales/Demo team.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up status in CRM/software.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Implementation teams for qualified prospects.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-conversion reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, demos,
and conversions.
- Collect feedback from prospects and share common objections and requirements with the Sales team.
- Build positive relationships with prospects and provide a qualified first impression of the company.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with school, college, and institute representatives.
- Strong listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, CRM, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn software products.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, EdTech, SaaS, ERP, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
