Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- TeleSales of Gemstones, Rashi Ratan, Online Pooja etc.
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer problems and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Provide consultation & counselling to customer.
- Convince the customer & drive the sales.
- Handle both inbound/outbound calls.
- Update Call Logs.

Qualifications
- Robust verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and respectfully over the phone.
- Proven aptitude for sales, tele-calling, or customer service, including handling objections and closing calls effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or call-tracking systems to manage leads and client information.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer support in service-based industries is preferred.




- Comfort in working with astrology-related services and willingness to learn essential concepts to communicate with clients confidently.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
- Professional, inclusive attitude with the ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Perks and Benefits
- Fixed Salary Rs 20,000 to Rs 24,000 per month + Sales Incentive upto Rs 50000 per month
