About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to interact confidently with customers and generate business opportunities.
Freshers who are interested in building a career in sales are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant sales, business development, telecalling or customer-handling experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, references, online platforms and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling and order processing.
- Prepare regular updates and reports related to sales activities.
- Stay updated about company offerings, market trends and competitors.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate candidates are preferred.
